Uriel Vergara
I am a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida. I have been living in Florida off and on since 1972 . I moved from Nevada after being honorably discharged from the United States Airforce. During this time I worked for an airline from 1972 to 1992 at Miami International Airport. In August 1992, hurricane Andrew paid a visit to South Florida and if you lived here It was a mess, so I can say that “I am a hurricane Andrew survivor”. I moved to Nevada in 1992 and worked as a social worker helping youth overcome addiction, gang involvement and motivating them to go back to school and get an education.
I moved back to Florida about 3 years ago and I decided to start a career in Real Estate. Since I like to help people I thought this would be a great way to do it; help people and families find their dream home!
I am a straight forward type of person, I do what I promise and will always have your interest at heart. When selling a home, I will negotiate the best price for you like it was my house. If you are buying a home, I will make sure it is your dream home and will do my best to negotiate the best price for you and avoid any hassle during closing. I will keep you informed every week and will answer the phone when you call. I am here for you.
